Job Overview

As a key player in our auditing team, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive warranty audits at various dealerships. Your role will involve analyzing warranty claims, ensuring adherence to policies, and providing actionable insights to enhance compliance. With a focus on accuracy and integrity, you will help minimize risk and contribute to the overall success of our dealer network.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail and technical fields
• In-depth knowledge of dealership retail processes, especially fixed operations
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (O365)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Ability to travel 80% of the time, primarily within a 6-hour driving radius
• Valid driver's license

• Experience with warranty audit processes
• Knowledge of risk management and control objectives
• Understanding of franchised dealership models
• Experience in conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions
