The Dealer is responsible for dealing with live Table Games while creating an entertaining/exciting environment game needed (Blackjack, one to two Carnival Games i.e., Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Let It Ride. Roulette a plus and Craps/Dice is an additional advantage. Create a fun and exciting environment where guests can have memorable time at his/her table.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks
Must be able to respond calmly and manage many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment as well as respond to visual and aural cues
Must be able to memorize game rules and procedures
Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying
Deal games at pace that deliver consistent, continuous action for guests
Greeting guests promptly and courteously
Create environment where guests can have fun at his/her table
Always follow procedures, maintain a high level of concentration, and maintain or develop dealing skills
Protects and controls of the game
Conducts the games in accordance with Company policies and procedures and applicable gaming regulations, managing guest transactions and notifying the Supervisor of any irregularities
Exchanges currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to house rules in an accurate manner
Advises the Table Games Service Supervisors of any disputes or arguments that may arise during the game among players/dealers
