Position Title: Dealer Sales Coordinator

About the Role: The Dealer Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in managing the dealer network, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating order processes. This position requires building strong relationshipswith dealers while overseeing order entry and onboarding new dealers. The coordinator will also be responsible for updating dealer locators and creating promotional materials. A passion for music or audio is essential for cultural fit and success in this role. Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE

Dealer Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dealer network with order management and lead times
  • Enter and schedule orders while keeping clients informed
  • Maintain product allocation spreadsheets
  • Create and update pricing sheets
  • Onboard new dealers effectively
  • Upsell clients and manage sales leads
  • Collaborate with the logistics team on shipping and lead times
  • Direct end users to appropriate dealers
  • Handle sales-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Update QuickBooks with dealer information
  • Engage in limited domestic travel for trade shows and training
  • Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for music and audio products
Dealer Sales Coordinator Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales and dealer experience, specifically in selling consumer goods
  • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas
  • Knowledge of audio equipment is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred
