Mobile Service Dealer Success Manager

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: $78,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Service Dealer Success Manager to serve as a strategic partner to dealership service operations, helping drive adoption, utilization, and long-term success of mobile service programs. This role blends dealership operations expertise, data-driven coaching, and technical support to improve performance, streamline workflows, and maximize mobile service efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings strong automotive service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence dealership teams remotely through consultative support and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

Program Launch & Implementation

  • Support end-to-end onboarding of dealership partners entering mobile service programs
  • Coordinate setup and deployment of mobile service platforms, scheduling tools, and operational systems
  • Ensure successful integration of digital tools into dealership daily processes
  • Provide hands-on support during go-live phases to ensure smooth adoption and minimal disruption

Dealer Support & Coaching

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership service personnel and field teams
  • Conduct recurring virtual meetings, office hours, and performance check-ins
  • Deliver training, coaching, and best practices to improve utilization and operational execution
  • Help dealership teams identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies or process gaps

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose issues related to scheduling, routing, dispatching, and system performance
  • Provide clear guidance to non-technical users on software functionality and workflows
  • Respond quickly to dealership requests to minimize downtime and service disruptions

Performance Management & Analytics

  • Monitor dealership KPIs including appointment volume, technician utilization, completion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead consultative discussions with dealership leadership to improve mobile service performance
  • Translate reporting data into actionable growth strategies and operational improvements
  • Track trends and recommend scalable solutions across multiple dealer partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams to align scheduling strategies with dealership service capacity
  • Maintain consistent communication between field teams, dealer partners, and leadership
  • Share dealer feedback to improve tools, processes, and program execution

Qualifications

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in automotive service operations, dealership fixed operations, mobile service, or dealer performance support
  • Experience with dealership software, scheduling systems, or DMS-integrated platforms
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot systems and explain processes clearly
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

Preferred

  • Experience with mobile service scheduling or dispatch platforms
  • Background in KPI reporting, dealership analytics, or operational improvement
  • Strong organizational and account management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations
