Dealer Trainee

Mustpossessexcellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read,write,and understand the English language

High School Diploma or GED Required

Must be at least 19 years of ageto workin the Casino

Mustbe able to follow and understanddirections

Must be able to obtain a Nebraska Gaming License

Good eye-hand coordination

Excellent math skills

Must be able tohave a good relationshipwith co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds

Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds

Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively

Walk, stand,repetitiveuse of hands,handle or feel objects,tools,or controls; reach with hands and arms

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depthperceptionand the ability to adjust focus

Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period

Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Mustbe able to work with the public in a professional manner

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, bright flashing lights,and loud noise environment

Deals assigned games by delivering cards or assigned games pieces,determiningwinners and losers,collecting,and paying bets

Protects the integrity of games through observation and followsappropriate procedures

Reads,verifies,and signsappropriate documentswhen necessary

Greets guests with a proper company standard introduction and initiates conversation with guests

Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory,departmental,and company policies

Work closely with supervisors, floor staff, and surveillance to ensure smooth operations
