A Table Games Dealer operates casino table games by managing bets, dealing cards, and ensuring adherence to gaming regulations while providing exceptional customer service. They calculate payouts, exchange cash for chips and monitor for cheating.

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Training/Certification Completion of dealer school or table games experience in a casino. Must be able to obtain a Mississippi Gaming License.

Ability Requirements Ability to stand for long periods and use hand-eye coordination for dealing in a loud, disruptive smoke-filled environment. Clear communication skills to explain rules and interact with guests.

Responsibilities Deal cards, spin the roulette wheel, or throw dice, ensuring games follow house policies, gaming, and state regulations. Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor to create a positive experience for players. Exchange currency for chips, compute winnings/losses, and accurately settle bets. Monitor table activity for cheating or irregularities and report issues to the Pit Supervisor. Explain game rules and procedures to guests. Other duties as assigned.
