Compensation Range: $21.65-31.23, with a typical starting range of $25.00-30.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.

We're looking for an experienced dealership accountant who is eager to grow their career, partner with leadership and accounting management, and play a key role in driving dealership success.

What You'll Do

• Accurately process and record dealership transactions, including vehicle purchases, dealer trades, wholesale transactions, and deal postings.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, including vendor payments, cash receipts, lien payoffs, and collections.
• Reconcile financial accounts and manufacturer programs, including FTC, rebates, product payables, and intercompany transactions.
• Support dealership operations through warranty processing, cancellations, refund checks, and customer referral payments.
• Maintain accurate schedules and records while contributing to overall accounting team success and business objectives.

What You'll Bring

• Strong accounting knowledge, including debits, credits, chart of accounts, and variance research.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
• Bookkeeping certification, Associate's degree in Accounting, or equivalent accounting experience preferred; automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Proficient with office technology and committed to personal accountability, integrity, and continuous growth
