Dealership Internet Sales BDC

Do you like to talk with people and would like to help them get their dream ride! We have a great opportunity on our internet sales team for someone with a positive attitude and determination for success. And if you are currently in a dealership BDC we’d love to hear from you. We have a fantastic 5 day work week and never any Sundays! Please read further to find out more about being part of our team. 

Top candidates will be professional and personable individuals, with a passion for great customer service, and team work. You will be responsible for incoming requests made via telephone, or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, service appointments, and acting as a first point of contact for customers. And no experience is OK, we will give you all the training, coaching, and tools you need to be successful.

BDC Representative Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries. 
• Logging customer details and comments into our CRM system.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with customers.
• Maintaining through and up to date knowledge of our software to help you.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Assisting with various tasks at the dealership. 

BDC Representative Requirements:

• No Experience is OK - we will train, coach, and mentor you!
• Good written, verbal and phone communication skills.
• Highly organized with an ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and the internet.
• Professional and personable demeanor - have a positive attitude daily!
