    Kia of Lynchburg is seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Manager to join our team in Lynchburg, VA.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily operations of the parts department to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate timely orders with suppliers.
    • Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a productive and customer-focused environment.
    • Collaborate with sales and service departments to meet customer needs and expectations.
    • Analyze departmental performance and develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in parts management within an automotive dealership or similar retail environment.
    • Strong knowledge of automotive parts, inventory control, and supply chain management.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
    • Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in automotive management is a plus.

    Benefits

    • Competitive compensation with a base salary plus commissions, ranging from $60,000 - $120,000+ per year, paid semi-monthly. Your earning potential is largely in your hands—the more you achieve, the more you can earn.
