Dealership-Quick Service Technician

LUBE TECH RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

• Perform oil/filter change and tire rotation in a timely manner, as outlined by the manufacturer
• Perform a thorough multi-point inspection on every vehicle using an iPad
• Must be able to properly identify and record the following;

Fluid leaks, Brake measurements and wear patterns (pads, shoes, rotors, drums) Tire tread depth measurements and tire wear pattern, malfunction indicator lights, Preventative maintenance requirements, malfunctions and deformities in hoses, belts, bushings, gaskets, etc… Make proper recommendations for repairs

******ALL service/repair recommendations require photo/video evidence of the concern

• Open communication with advisors, parts, other technicians, office staff, and management
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Punctual
• Positive work ethic
• Motivated
• Success oriented
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a positive driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to do heavy lifting (up to 50lbs)
