The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in automotive technology, with specialized knowledge of engines and various vehicle systems. Exceptional attention to detail and advanced problem-solving abilities are essential to excel in this position. Candidates with at least 2 years of dealership experience as a technician are preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections to identify any malfunctions or issues
  • Perform required repairs and adjustments to restore optimal vehicle function
  • Test repaired systems thoroughly to verify proper operation
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors to explain repairs and offer maintenance recommendations

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Ford vehicles is preferred
  • ASE certifications are desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong background in automotive technology
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a technician in a dealership environment
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening and background check
  • Possession of a clean, valid driver’s license
