The Opportunity

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence, Manager, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

In this role, you will be part of our Deals practice, focusing on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading financial due diligence workstreams for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
  • Analyzing financial information to assess quality of earnings, cash flows, and key deal issues
  • Developing strategic advice and business diligence services for clients
  • Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality and timelines of deliverables
  • Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support client transactions
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and value maximization
  • Navigating complex transactions and providing client support
  • Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
