Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Rate of Pay: This is a Full-Time Administrative position at grade 19, with an annual salary range of $116,138 to $154,851 The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary: The Dean of Adult Education will provide academic and administrative leadership associated with the Adult Education Division, including the Hanover Park Education and Work Center. This includes developing and managing the divisional budget, hiring and evaluating full-time faculty, part-time faculty, and support staff, development and implementation of new programs and curriculum, and management of facilities. This position will maintain relationships with the president, vice presidents, other deans, board members, foundation board, faculty, administrative support staff, as well as, Illinois Community College Board, area planning council, government officials, and other educational and community institutions.
