A Dean of BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) program leads and manages all aspects of the nursing curriculum, including faculty, students, and resources. They are responsible for ensuring program quality, accreditation compliance, and student success. The Dean also collaborates with other academic units and external partners to enhance the program and the nursing profession.

The Dean of Nursing serves as the chief academic and administrative leader of the BSN program, responsible for shaping its strategic direction, maintaining accreditation standards, and fostering an environment of academic excellence. The Dean collaborates with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders to advance the program’s mission, promote innovative nursing education, and prepare graduates for successful careers as registered nurses (RNs).
