Key Job Responsibilities
Implement and uphold the student code of conduct with consistency and commitment
Lead, manage, and develop a team of disciplinarians responsible for maintaining student culture
Generate, plan, and facilitate successful interventions that lead to conflict resolution, restore relationships, and effectively change students’ trajectories
De-escalate and mediate conflict successfully while maintaining high expectations and accountability
Create and maintain school-wide systems that directly impact culture (entry, hallway/lunch, exit, & extra-curricular events procedures)
Create and maintain effective procedures for in-school suspensions
Run weekly detention meetings with all students who received a detention
Monitor data entry systems for behavioral logs
Provide professional development for teachers and staff as it relates to Discipline and Culture
Own and execute all investigations and communication regarding out of school suspensions
Work as a member of the MTSS team to ensure we are providing appropriate support for all students
Ideal Qualifications
An unwavering belief that all students can succeed in high school & college, and lead exemplary lives
A proven track record of ambitious results in previous roles
Adept at detail-oriented work specifically related to data analysis and Microsoft Excel
An ability to think and act strategically as evidenced by a demonstrated resourcefulness in setting data-driven priorities and guiding investment in people and systems
Excellent time management skills, consistently thinking into the future to proactively problem solve
Successful written and oral communication skills with a multitude of stakeholders
Able to build productive professional relationships with students, staff, and families, especially those in most need of support
Consistently exhibits Noble core values (Results, Respect, Humility and Self-Awareness, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Follow Through) and thrives in a collaborative environment
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Experience managing people, systems, and/or projects
Experience working with students in an educational environment is preferred
Compensation & Benefits
We strive to be the best place to work, and our employee
benefits are thoughtfully designed to support us in this ambition. Compensation for this position falls between $75,000 and $96,000 per year, which represents the average for staff in this role. Factors such as years of experience and skill sets may impact placement within, or outside, this range. A comprehensive compensation plan will include a competitive benefits package.
