Job Description

The College of Health Care Professions is seeking an experienced and driven Dean of Education to lead academic operations and support student success across campus programs. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing faculty performance, curriculum quality, compliance, and academic outcomes while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong communication and organizational skills who is passionate about education, faculty development, and helping students achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Directors of Education and faculty teams
• Oversee academic operations, curriculum delivery, and compliance
• Monitor student retention, graduation, and academic performance outcomes
• Ensure accreditation and regulatory readiness standards are maintained
• Support faculty coaching, development, and performance management
• Collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives and operational goals
• Promote a positive, student-centered learning environment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; Doctorate preferred
• 3–5 years of academic leadership experience
• Experience managing faculty and academic operations
• Knowledge of blended learning environments and LMS platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
