Dean of Nursing

Georgetown College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track, 12-month position as the Dean of Nursing to develop a new RN-BSN program. We expect to enroll students in this new program beginning in Fall 2027.

The Dean of Nursing is responsible for designing a CCNE-aligned curriculum, accreditation leadership, faculty recruitment, practicum/internship partnership development, and teaching. This position reports to the Provost and includes administrative and instructional duties. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing
• Active RN license or eligibility for licensure in the state of KY
• Leadership experience in Nursing Education
• Accreditation leadership and program development experience is preferred
• Curriculum development and online teaching experience is preferred
