Los Angeles Trade Technical College (LATTC) is in search of a highly innovative, motivated and dynamic individual seeking to become Dean of Student Services overseeing Counseling, EOPS, LGBTQ, Next Up & CARE, Umoja, Guardian Scholars and Kinship Care and Puente. The Dean of Student Services will provide leadership in the areas of supervision in support of our Pathway to Academic, Career, and Transfer Success (PACTS) student success framework.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with similar student support programs in a community college setting.
Accomplished in participatory management, budgeting and financial planning, strategic planning, leadership, problem solving, and team building.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and experience with leading presentations using appropriate technological resources.

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
The LACCD determines placement on the pay scale depending on verified education and employment history. Current starting annual salary range is from: $175,836 - $206,448. The doctoral differential is $6,288 per academic year. A detailed letter of interest (not to exceed two pages) that describes how the applicant meets the minimum and desirable qualifications and qualifications to meet the duties and core competencies of this position.

Legible copies of unofficial transcripts for bachelor''s, masters and/or advanced degrees and any other post-secondary coursework completed. If applicant is selected for an interview, official transcripts will be required at the time of interview. Foreign degrees will need to be evaluated by an approved foreign evaluation agency.
