What You'll Do As Dean of Students, you will: Lead daily academic and school operations to ensure a structured learning environment Foster a positive school culture focused on student growth, safety, and success Coordinate school routines, schedules, and student transitions Train and support staff through ARC and TCI programming and professional development initiatives Supervise, coach, and mentor academic staff through regular performance and development meetings Manage critical incidents, documentation, and compliance requirements Collaborate with leadership on strategic goals and school improvement efforts Build positive relationships with students, families, community partners, and stakeholders Support school events, meetings, and experiential learning opportunities Ensure facilities remain safe, welcoming, and conducive to learning What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
