The Dean of Students supports the College''s Campus Life division in fostering a student-centered environment that promotes engagement, wellbeing, belonging, accountability, persistence, and student success. This position ensures effective delivery, assessment, and continuous improvement of student services; advances institutional retention initiatives; leads crisis response efforts; and serves as a primary liaison to students and families.
