Reports To: School Director FLSA Classification: Unrepresented Management - Non - Certificated, 220-day Full Time/Part Time Status: Salary, full time, exempt Regular/Temporary: Regular Salary: School Dean Framework (Steps 1-15) Range: $86,750.40 to $124,703.70. Salary is commensurate with experience and education level. Application Opening Date: 7/17/2026 Application Closing Date: 8/19/2026 The School Dean is responsible for student discipline, school safety, and providing support to both students and staff. The position requires general knowledge of restorative justice practices and positive behavior support. The School Dean supports the development of a positive school culture, the social-emotional development of students, and works with the School Director in all non-academic operational areas. This position reports directly to the School Director.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelors' degree required, preferably in an education related field - K-12 Teaching experience strongly preferred - Five plus years of experience in a school setting
