Qualifications:
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and Subject Area Endorsement or eligibility.
- Valid New Jersey Supervisory or Principal Certificate, Principal Certificate Preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of teaching experience
- Demonstrated leadership in student support, discipline, or activities
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status
Salary & Benefits:
- Per the established WEA Salary Guide ranging from $62,650 to $105,677
- Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
