Safely operate high-speed debatching machines to cut fabric to customer specifications
Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer requirements
Use the BARCO inspection system to record defects and grade fabric for shipment
Train on visual defect recognition, classification, and BARCO inspection operations
Cross-train on multiple high-speed debatchers and in-line inspection
Work closely with team members and an on-the-job trainer to learn the role and expectations
Perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor
Requirements
Basic computer skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills
Ability to apply training accurately in daily activities
Ability to wear required PPE: Safety goggles, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and ear plugs in designated areas.
