Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join a manufacturing team in Catoosa, OK. This role is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined parts to ensure all products meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.

The ideal Deburr Technician has strong attention to detail, good manual dexterity, and the ability to work with precision tools in a production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing or machining experience preferred
Experience with deburring tools and techniques is a plus
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal or plastic parts
Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized deburring equipment safely and effectively
Inspect parts visually and with measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications
Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions
Perform minor finishing operations including polishing, smoothing, and cleaning parts
Identify defects and notify supervisors or quality personnel of nonconforming products
Maintain proper handling and care of materials to prevent damage or contamination
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with machined parts and manufacturing processes
Basic knowledge of quality control standards
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent use of hands for handling tools and small parts
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Good vision for detailed inspection work
Work Environment
Manufacturing and production environment
Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, oils, and industrial processes
Required use of PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection
