Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Deburr Technician / Deburring Operator to join a manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections from machined or fabricated parts to ensure all components meet strict quality and customer standards before final use or shipment.

Required Experience & Skills

Basic knowledge of manufacturing or machining processes
Ability to safely use hand tools and power deburring equipment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to read basic blueprints, work instructions, and production documentation
Good hand-eye coordination and strong manual dexterity
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined or fabricated components
Use tools such as files, grinders, sanders, brushes, and deburring knives
Inspect parts for surface finish, defects, dimensional accuracy, and overall quality
Maintain consistent edge quality and finish standards
Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Identify and report defective parts or process concerns
Meet daily production and quality goals within established timelines
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in deburring, machining, or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with steel, aluminum, stainless steel, or other metal materials
Experience working in quality-controlled environments (ISO / AS9100 preferred)

Work Environment

Industrial manufacturing / production facility
Exposure to metal shavings, dust, machinery, production noise, and industrial materials
Physically active role requiring standing, repetitive hand movement, lifting up to 50 lbs, and PPE compliance
