Job Responsibilities
- Remove burrs and sharp edges from precision metal parts using hand tools, power tools, and other finishing equipment.
- Inspect parts for quality and conformance to specifications using visual inspection and magnification tools.
- Smooth, clean, and finish metal components to meet customer and aerospace industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to ensure quality and production goals are met.
Qualifications
- Previous deburring, finishing, manufacturing, or metalworking experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use small hand tools and work with precision parts.
- Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds as needed.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
