Deburring - 1st Shift (5am-2:30pm)

Location: Mentor, OH
Pay: $18+/hr based on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–2:30 PMInova Staffing is currently hiring a Hand Deburring & Texturizing Operator for a manufacturing client in Mentor. This position involves performing detailed finishing work on machined parts using hand tools and various motorized equipment.Job Responsibilities

• Remove burrs, rough edges, and excess material from machined parts
• Perform surface finishing and texturizing to meet quality requirements
• Follow processing instructions and work orders
• Review blueprints for angles, radiuses, chamfers, and surface finish requirements
• Inspect and deburr parts using up to 10X magnification
• Maintain production rates while meeting quality standards
• Carefully handle parts to prevent nicks, scratches, or other damage
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic math, English, and spelling skills
• Basic blueprint reading is preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
• Comfortable using hand tools, grinders, buffing wheels, belt sanders, and similar equipment
• Able to work under magnification for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to identify critical surfaces and prevent damage during processing
