Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals
• Basic math skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience using precision measuring tools is a plus

Job Duties

• Use small hand tools to remove cosmetic defects from parts
• Read and follow shop job travelers and work instructions
• Use basic precision measurement tools to verify quality
• Inspect parts for machine or manual damage during production
• Compare estimated job times to actual completion times
• Follow standardized work procedures and supervisor instructions
• Assist with additional production-related duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

What You Will Do

As a Deburring Finisher you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.
