Job Description

Racing Force Group, a world leader in motorsport safety equipment, is looking for a Decal Developer to join its headquarters in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

• Manage project details with the Decal Development Manager and sales team.
• Initiate decal projects by replicating designs directly from master helmets or client-provided images.
• Prepare prototypes, refine designs, and finalize files for digital or screen printing.
• Oversee printing, secure colour approvals, and document decal measurements for application.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in written and spoken English.
• 2+ years' experience in illustration/design.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong eye for detail, ratios, and proportions.
• Good communication and ability to manage multiple projects.
