A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Intune AD Admin role. The position is a Full‑time Contract , expected to last 9+ months, and will be based onsite in Atlanta, GA.ResponsibilitiesBuild and deliver application packages for Intune Endpoint Manager.Manage and coordinate urgent and complicated support issues.Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents regarding endpoint devices, including mobile devices and laptops.Develop methodologies and escalation processes to ensure proper escalation and information flow within the organization.Administer Azure and the Azure Admin portal.Train, coach, and mentor support staff; create and publish training materials, including video documentation.Interact with internal and external customers.QualificationsExperience with ServiceNow ticketing system.Knowledge of Windows 11 operating system.Experience supporting Microsoft M365, including Copilot/Teams administration.Knowledge of Microsoft Intune Endpoint Configuration Manager.Strong hands‑on experience with hardware and software infrastructure tools.Excellent knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012‑2019, Azure, and Teams.Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes.Salary and BenefitsSalary Range: $40 to $45 per hour (competitive based on experience, education, location, and certifications).Benefits (subject to eligibility): Medical & pharmacy coverage, Dental/vision insurance, 401(k), Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Life insurance, Pet insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, accident & critical illness coverage, prepaid legal & ID theft protection, sick leave, and other paid leave as required by law.
