• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Meet all physical requirements that are required including the ability to lift more than 25 lbs and pass a USCG Approved Drug Test
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers on vessel and dock
• Follow directives from the Captain and Sr. Deckhand
• Provide excellent customer service by taking care of all customers in a timely, courteous, efficient and individualized manner
• Ensure that the vessel is properly set in preparation of cruise.
• Certify that the vessel is always clean and that all cleanliness procedures are completed before, during and after all cruises.
• Ability to complete vessel maintenance projects including but not limited to painting interior and exterior of vessel, scrubbing carpets, polishing woodwork and more
• Uphold compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Communicate with all levels of staff
• Maintain a well-kept appearance in accordance with company standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
