Home Time: Home DAILY for most routes! Pay Highlights:
Starting Pay: $0.46 per mile
Weekly Guaranteed Minimum: $1,300
Average Weekly Miles: 1,700-1,800
Job Details:
Location: Within 50 miles of Gastonia, NC
Routes: NC, SC, TN, KY, and VA
Schedule: Mon-Fri or Tue-Sat (varied schedules)
Equipment: Newer Kenworth and Freightliner trucks (2018 and up)
Key Responsibilities:
3-10 stops per delivery
Unload at stores using an electric pallet jack
Handle approximately 40 unloads per week
Bonuses:
$500 New Hire Bonus (paid on second paycheck)
$3,000 Referral Bonus
Additional Pay:
$30 Stop Pay for ALL stops
$17/hour Delay Pay
Career Growth:
$0.02 pay increases every 12 months (up to $0.57/mile)
After 1 year: $1,500 weekly minimum guarantee
Requirements:
6 months recent tractor-trailer experience
Hazmat endorsement
• Comfortable with night driving
