This is a 3rd shift role (6pm-6am) and will be a 4-day work week
The Dedicated Capacity Planner is responsible for maximizing the utilization of company drivers, carriers and equipment within an assigned region to deliver the lowest landed cost while maximizing service to the customer. This role involves analyzing daily demand forecasting, equipment inventories, company driver capacity, third party drayage capacity to develop a successful market plan. The Dedicated Capacity Planner will work closely with various departments, including terminal operations and Account Management to optimize processes and capacity coverage, while negotiating with external resources to close any capacity gaps required to meet our customers daily demand and service expectations. The Dedicated Capacity Planner reports to the Central Dedicated Manager

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000/year base salary + bonus eligibility
