• Pay: $1,500 - $1,700 a week | $75,000 - $100,000 yearly (Top earners make $2,000+ weekly)

Are you looking for a stable, high-paying dedicated account with a steady rhythm and reliable weekly home time? We are currently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Dedicated Fleet.

This is a physically demanding role ideal for drivers who pride themselves on excellent customer service, strong safety habits, and a desire to maximize their weekly take-home pay through premium mileage rates and high-payout accessorials.

Unmatched Pay Structure & Experience-Based CPM:

We reward your experience on the road with some of the highest CPM rates in the industry:

• 0–11 Months Experience: $0.82 per mile
• 12–23 Months Experience: $0.83 per mile
• 24–35 Months Experience: $0.84 per mile
• 36+ Months Experience: $0.85 per mile
• Average Weekly Miles: 800 – 1,000 miles per week

Massive Accessorial & Add-On Pay:

• Unload Pay:$245.00 for every trailer unloaded
• Stop Pay:$25.00 per stop
• Backhaul Pay:$70.00 per backhaul
• Top Earners: Our top-performing drivers bring home $2,000+ weekly All-In Pay (averaging out to $1.80/mile when combining CPM, stop pay, and accessorials).

Schedule, Home Time & Equipment:

• Home Weekly: Drivers receive a weekly 34-hour reset. (Please note: Weekends are not guaranteed).
• Scheduling Flexibility: Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday. Specific workdays vary depending on freight demands, with routing tailored to get you near home for your weekly reset.
• Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained International and Freightliner tractors.

Freight Profile & Paid Training:

• 100% Touch Freight: Drivers are responsible for fully unloading trailers at store locations. Because freight is stacked, attention to safety is an absolute priority.
• On-the-Job Training: We set you up for success with a paid 2-day ride-along training process following an experienced fleet driver. Training is paid at $150/day.

Key Fleet Requirements:

• Experience: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Terminal Parking: Local drivers must park equipment at either the Markham Terminal or the Joliet DC. Truck parking at personal residences is strictly prohibited.
