CDL-A Regional Driver 

This dedicated account is built for drivers who want steady freight, strong weekly earnings, and consistent miles. If you don't mind staying active, the payoff can be well worth it.

Here's what the position offers:

• Average $1,600–$1,800 per week
• Top drivers earn $2,200+ weekly
• Annual earnings between $80,000–$115,000+
• Average $1.50 per mile (CPM + accessorial pay)
• $325 per trailer unload
• $30 backhaul pay
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

You'll be hauling dedicated freight throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Expect about 3 loads each week, averaging 1,110 miles, with 3–5 stops per route. Freight is 100% touch, using rollers for box-by-box unloading.

You'll also drive late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors, and new drivers receive one week of paid ride-along training at $150 per day before taking their own truck.

Home Time & Schedule

You'll get weekly home time with a 34-hour reset. Most routes involve overnight driving with early morning deliveries, followed by a required 10-hour break before unloading. Weekend home time isn't guaranteed, and drivers should be prepared to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Sign-On Bonus

The $2,500 Sign-On Bonus is paid over time:

• First Load — $250
• 30 Days — $250
• 60 Days — $250
• 90 Days — $500
• 120 Days — $250
• 150 Days — $250
• 180 Days — $750

Drivers must be actively employed on each payout date. Bonus terms are subject to company policy.

What You'll Need

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months
• Comfortable unloading freight by hand using rollers
• Able to work nights and in all weather conditions
• Strong customer service skills
• Bring two weeks of personal supplies for orientation
• Secure, guarded or camera-monitored truck and trailer parking during home time
• Clean MVR
• Clean background
• Reliable work ethic
• Not SAP Friendly
