Shift & Freight Realities: This is a 100% touch freight account. Drivers handle live, box-by-box unloads at customer storefronts using a gravity roller system. Most deliveries are scheduled for the early morning, requiring night, weekend, and holiday driving to maintain on-time performance.

What You Need to Qualify:

• A valid Class A CDL.
• At least 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years (excludes training academy time).
• Physical readiness for consistent box-by-box unloading.
• A clean safety history meeting all DOT, background, and FMCSA requirements.
