We're hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated retail account serving Texas and surrounding states. This position offers consistent freight, competitive pay, weekly home time, and multiple ways to earn through mileage, short-haul, stop, detention, and layover pay.
Drivers are typically out 2–3 days at a time before returning home.
Pay & Compensation
Average weekly earnings: $1,300–$1,400
$0.67 CPM
$115 flat rate for runs under 150 miles
$25 stop pay
$25 drop & hook pay
$30/hour detention pay after 2 hours
$175 layover pay after 24 hours without freight
$125 Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) pay
$20/hour for temporary assignments
$27/hour for yard switcher duties (when assigned)
Additional backhaul pay opportunities may be available
Home Time
Weekly home time
Most trips are 2–3 days out
Weekend home time is common depending on freight and dispatch

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
Must live within 45 miles of Flower Mound, TX
Strong communication skills
Ability to meet scheduled departure and delivery times
Must comply with all DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements
Must meet company hiring standards
