Dedicated Class A CDL Driver

Pay & Bonus Structure

• Weekly Earnings: $1,300 - $1,600/week ($67,000 - $83,000 yearly)
• Base Mileage Pay: $0.63 CPM on all miles (regardless of experience level)
• Unload Pay: $240.00 for every trailer fully unloaded
• Backhaul Pay: $50.00 per backhaul
• Total Pay equals about $1.20 per mile 
• Consistent Volume: Averaging 1,100 – 1,300 miles per week

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule:

• $500.00 paid right after your 1st completed load
• $500.00 paid after 30 days of employment
• $1,000.00 paid after 60 days of employment

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (weekends are not guaranteed; resets may occasionally take place on the road depending on freight schedules).
• Shift Times: Early morning deliveries. Drivers must be prepared to run nights or early mornings to hit tight delivery windows.
• Availability: Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight: 100% Touch Freight. Hand-unloading trailers box-by-box using a gravity roller system for live unloads at store locations.
• Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained Freightliner and Kenworth sleeper tractors.
• Paid Training: Paid fleet training in Savannah, GA. Complete a 1-week ride-along with a certified trainer at $150/day.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Top-tier customer service skills and a safety-first mindset.
