Dedicated Class A CDL Driver - Regional Fleet ($1,500/wk Avg)

We are filling immediate openings for Class A CDL drivers on a dedicated regional route running out of Phoenix, AZ. Delivering dry freight across AZ, UT, and Southern CA with steady weekly miles and regular home time.

Job Highlights:

Weekly Earnings: $1,500 average per week

Annual Earnings: $78,000 average per year

CPM Pay Scale: $0.50 – $0.56 CPM (scales with experience)

Retention Bonus: Up to $2,000 summer retention bonus available

Home Time: Home Every Week, A solid 34-hour reset (take truck home or park in secure location)

Weekly Volume: ~3 full loads per week

Freight & Handling: 100% dry freight. Full truckload delivery using roto carts and liftgate (boxes up to 50 lbs; requires close-quarters backing skills)

Operating Area: Dispatches from Phoenix, AZ to AZ, UT, and Southern CA

Orientation: 1 week with a mentor before solo dispatch

Driver Qualifications:

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.

Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical capability to handle liftgate/cart unloads up to 50 lbs.

Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
