Three states, dedicated freight, and a weekly reset at home. LEM Trucking is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in the Ann Arbor area for an established dedicated operation covering Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana. This position keeps drivers within a defined operating region while providing approximately 2,000 to 2,200 miles each week.

The terminal for this account is located in Auburn, Indiana, with freight moving throughout the three-state service area.

Dedicated Freight Operation

Drivers handle 100% no-touch freight, eliminating the need to load or unload trailers. The account uses a combination of drop-and-hook freight and live load or unload appointments depending on the customer and location.

A Class A CDL Driver on this fleet can expect an average weekly income of $1,300 to $1,400 while returning home each week for a 34-hour reset.

Equipment Built for the Road

This fleet operates 2021 or newer Freightliner and Kenworth tractors. Trucks are equipped with features designed for drivers spending their workweek on the road, including an APU, inverter, refrigerator, TV mount, and microwave mount.

Rider and pet programs are available from day one for eligible drivers.

Class A CDL Driver Qualifications

Applicants need a valid Class A CDL and at least three months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous 36 months. Candidates must also satisfy applicable safety and company qualification standards.

Paid orientation lasts approximately three days. Private hotel accommodations and covered orientation expenses are provided during onboarding.
