We are adding full-time drivers to our dedicated regional fleet operating in the Richmond, VA area. If you want predictable lanes, easy freight handling, and reliable weekly pay, this is a solid match.

This position is designed around consistency—running structured routes, hauling dry and temperature-controlled freight, and keeping a steady routine without long-haul OTR downtime.

The Details at a Glance

Earnings: Top mileage pay tailored to your experience level, plus $20.00 for every completed stop (Most drivers average $1,400+ weekly, with top earners bringing in $1,800+ and annual earnings topping $70,000–$95,000+). Includes a $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.

The Work: 100% no-touch freight handling. You drive and deliver without physical unloading duties.

Schedule: 5 days on duty followed by 2 consecutive days off (48-hour weekly restart). Daily shifts typically range between 11 and 14 hours.

The Route: Dedicated regional loops covering dry and reefer freight, logging a steady 1,600 to 1,700 miles per week.

Work Expectations: Operating schedule requires availability for night shifts, weekend dispatches, and holiday runs as needed.

What You Need to Apply

Licensing & Credentials: Active Commercial Class A CDL with reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal.

Experience: At least 3 months of experience required in the last 36 months.
