Pay & Physical Demands
Start at a baseline flat rate of $21.50 per hour.
Add an extra $45.00 unload pay to your clock for every single stop completed.
Weekly Average: Expect a stable gross average of $1,300 every single week.
The Route Loop: Run short-haul shuttle segments between the bakery plant and the distribution center, which sit roughly 7 miles apart.
On-the-Job Duties: You'll swap and secure trailers at both yards. If production catches up and things slow down, you might jump on a quick local store delivery to protect your full shift hours.
Labor Profile: High-stamina role handling live loads and full manual unloads, using a trailer liftgate to roll out bread trays and delivery carts.
Shift Details & Home Time
Home Daily: 100% Home Daily. Finish your work and clock out to head home after every single shift.
The Shift: Dedicated NIGHT SHIFT run. You must be completely comfortable with steady night driving and technical backing environments.
Schedule : Weekend dispatch is standard. Your days off might be split when you first join, but you can use your seniority over time to bid on consecutive off-days. Extra shifts are readily available if you want more hours.

What It Takes to Qualify
Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix terminal hub (Zip Code: 85043).
Experience Tracks: No trainees allowed. Requires 6+ months of OTR within the last 12 months, or 12 months of OTR within the last 5 years. Local Class A tractor-trailer or hostling experience counts directly.
Credentials: Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card. No special endorsements needed.
Background Check: Maximum of 4 driving jobs in the past year and zero major preventable accidents within the last 5 years.
Screening: Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug analysis.
