Pay & Earnings

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 per week
• Experience-Based Base CPM Scale:
  • 0–11 months: $0.53 CPM
  • 12–23 months: $0.54 CPM
  • 24–35 months: $0.55 CPM
  • 36–47 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 48–59 months: $0.57 CPM
  • 60+ months: $0.59 CPM
• Additional Compensation Incentives:
  • $50 bonus for every single load completed
  • $150 premium bonus for optional Long Island deliveries
  • $25 stop pay per stop
  • $12.50/hour detention pay kicking in after the 2nd hour

Account Details

• Home Time: Home weekly for a dedicated 34-hour reset (days off vary; weekend days off are not guaranteed).
• Freight Profile: 100% no-touch freight. Mix of preloaded trailers, store live unloads, and distribution center drop-and-hooks.
• Operation Style: PM pickups scheduled for AM deliveries.
• Running Area: Regional coverage delivering throughout NJ, NH, NY, PA, ME, MA, and VT. (Optional Long Island lanes available for extra bonus pay).
• Volume & Consistency: Average length of haul is 280 miles with approximately 2 stops per load.
• Equipment: Dependable late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors.
• Daily Schedule: Weekday deliveries begin around 5:00 AM; weekend deliveries kick off around 7:00 AM.

Training & Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL (Solo position)
• Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A driving experience within the last 3 years
• Must maintain open flexibility for both day and overnight driving schedules
• Weekend availability is required within your normal workweek
• Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)

• First Load: $500
• 30 Days: $500
• 60 Days: $250
• 90 Days: $250
• 120 Days: $250
• 150 Days: $250
• 180 Days: $500 (Drivers must be actively employed on the company payroll on each payout date to receive the bonus. Programs are subject to legal modifications with appropriate notice).
