Spec Sheet:
Average Pay: $1,610 weekly gross ($83,000/year average; $2,100 top weekly / $109,000 top annual).
Pay Scale: $0.70–$0.76 CPM + $320 load pay + up to 3% mileage bonus.
Mileage & Workload: ~1,600 miles per week; 2–3 loads/week with 4–5 stops per load.
Unload Process: Hand-unload using gravity rollers.
Home Time: Weekly 34-hour reset (includes Saturday or Sunday). Trucks can be parked at home.
Candidate Standards
Valid CDL-A, current DOT medical card, and 3 months minimum verifiable commercial experience.
Pre-verified secure truck/trailer parking arrangement for home resets.
Clean MVR and capability to clear DOT pre-hire urine drug testing.
