As a Technology Specialist, you will be dedicated full-time to one of our valued clients - a Long Island-based company. Rather than rotating between multiple accounts, you will become the familiar, reliable IT presence for this organization. You will get to know their environment, their people, and their day-to-day needs, while always having the full Flexible IT team behind you when you need it.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the dedicated on-site technology resource for a single client location
  • Configure and support on-premises and cloud-based hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users across the organization
  • Answer and address user inquiries, providing clear and helpful solutions
  • Keep users and management informed about the status of open requests
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring patterns accurately and consistently
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client's technology environment and communicate them back to the Flexible IT team
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through until resolved

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in technical support or IT services
  • Experience working in or with an IT Managed Service Provider (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good note-taking and documentation habits
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks without things falling through the cracks
  • A professional, personable demeanor - someone users genuinely enjoy working with
  • Comfortable working independently while knowing when to loop in the team
  • Valid driver's license required
