Dedicated Route Driver – Company or Lease Purchase | SC-OH Lane

We're hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for an established dedicated account operating between South Carolina and Ohio.

This position offers a consistent regional lane, no-touch freight, and weekly home time. Drivers average approximately 2,200–2,500 miles per week while operating between the Piedmont, SC and Chillicothe, OH areas.

Both company-driver and lease-purchase opportunities are available for qualified applicants.

THE ROUTE

This account operates along a dedicated lane connecting South Carolina and Ohio.

Primary Route: Piedmont, SC to Chillicothe, OH

Hiring Areas: Piedmont, SC; Charlotte, NC; and Chillicothe, OH

Freight: No-touch

Average Weekly Miles: 2,200–2,500

Home Time: Weekly, with a 34-hour reset

Drivers may receive home time over the weekend depending on route scheduling and freight requirements.

COMPANY DRIVER COMPENSATION

Company drivers earn $0.60 per mile.

Based on an average of 2,200–2,500 miles per week, estimated gross mileage earnings range from approximately $1,320–$1,500 weekly.

Actual earnings vary based on dispatched miles, completed loads, and other applicable compensation factors.

LEASE-PURCHASE OPPORTUNITY

Qualified drivers interested in operating through a lease-purchase program may also be considered for this dedicated lane.

Lease-Purchase Rate: $1.40 per mile

The lease-purchase option operates on the same dedicated route between South Carolina and Ohio.

Lease-purchase compensation is gross revenue before applicable truck payments, fuel, maintenance, insurance, and other operating expenses. Program terms and estimated net earnings will be reviewed with interested applicants.

A minimum of 12 months of qualifying Class A tractor-trailer experience is required for lease-purchase consideration.

ORIENTATION & DRIVER BENEFITS

Company drivers receive paid orientation, with transportation and lodging provided.

Health insurance eligibility begins on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. The 401(k) plan is available on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment.

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS

Company Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of qualifying tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
• Availability for the assigned regional schedule

Lease-Purchase Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 12 months of qualifying tractor-trailer experience
• Ability to meet applicable DOT and lease-purchase program requirements
