Defense Litigation Paralegal (Remote)

Seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to serve as the managing partner's right-hand person during trial preparation and trial proceedings. This is the firm's primary paralegal support role, making it ideal for someone who can work independently and take ownership of trial-related tasks.

Key Requirements:

• Defense litigation experience required
• Strong trial and trial preparation experience
• Experience with medical record summarization and creating medical timelines
• Background in insurance defense and/or medical malpractice defense strongly preferred
• Ability to attend trials on-site as needed and support the managing partner throughout the litigation process

Preferred Background:

• Insurance Defense
• Medical Malpractice Defense
• Medical record review, summaries, and chronology development
• Trial exhibit preparation, witness coordination, and case management

Work Arrangement:

• Candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S.
• Must work Pacific Time (PST) hours
• Must be available to travel and attend trial on-site when required
