Job Details

Job Duties
  • Support attorneys through all stages of litigation matters from intake through trial and resolution
  • Draft, prepare, and manage discovery, subpoenas, notices, correspondence, and case-related documents
  • Coordinate court e-filings (state and federal level) and maintain compliance with deadlines, calendars, and scheduling
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files
  • Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, transcripts, and case materials
  • Prepare deposition, mediation, hearing, and trial materials including exhibits and binders
  • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and court staff
  • Assist with courtroom technology and exhibit presentation during trial when needed
  • Accurately track billable time and meet annual billable target of 1,560 hours

Job Requirements
  • ABA-approved paralegal certificate or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 3-8+ years of defense litigation strongly preferred
  • Experience with Clio strongly preferred
