Lead Maritime Systems EngineerLead the development and integration of advanced maritime systems. Play a key role in delivering complex, mission-critical solutions.Our client is a growing engineering and manufacturing organization that develops advanced systems for maritime and defense applications. They specialize in delivering innovative, high-reliability technologies that support national security and mission success.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Lead systems engineering activities throughout the full product lifecycle.Develop system architectures, requirements, and interface documentation.Support systems integration, verification, validation, and testing.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.Perform requirements management and technical risk assessments.Support customer design reviews and program milestones.Ensure compliance with defense and military standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
