The Dehack Operator communicates with the entire unloading crew. They will obtain strong knowledge of entire unloading operation; operate equipment efficiently, at desired rates with minimum downtime. They will also communicate with supervision about production, quality and safety issues. Weekly TPM and 5S as outlined by management.
Requirements:
Maintain safe and clean work area to avoid personal injury and/or property damage.
Use proper safety equipment and procedures including LO/TO
Ability to learn other jobs and fill in when needed.
Ability to understand computers as they relate to unloading process.
Ability to use hand tools to perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance and machine changeovers.
Must possess basic knowledge of transfer cars and some haulage systems.
Ability and willingness to help throughout the Plant where needed.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to twist, stoop, and bend regularly.
Hardhat, safety glasses and steel toe shoes etc. required.
Work Schedule2/2/3, must be able to work every other weekend 5:30am until production has been met
